CEO

Erik Smith

Erik is a seasoned leader in affordable housing and multifamily development, with over a decade of experience driving change in the industry. As co-founder and CEO of Li-Check, he leverages his expertise to streamline compliance and improve project efficiency for low-income housing developers, while overseeing the acquisition of over $100 million in LIHTC equity. Erik has also led the Affordable Housing Task Force in Annapolis, shaping the city’s housing strategy and advancing initiatives to increase affordable housing availability and quality.

Duncan Sikaddour

Duncan is an experienced operations leader with a background in aerospace and management consulting. He has led teams managing multimillion-dollar assets for the U.S. Air Force and spearheaded major projects at BCG, including operational transformation for a mining site and strategic deployment of federal funds. As Li-Check's COO, Duncan ensures technical excellence and innovation, bringing his expertise in strategic management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
